Sometimes we just don’t feel like doing certain tasks despite the fact that they are the most important. Instead we feel more motivated to do other tasks which are more appealing but may not be as important. It happens to us all. Our mood, the way we feel and our levels of desire all influence our productivity. And that’s why we need to manage them.

During this module Charles Vaughan will answer the following important questions. How do you maintain a “productive” mindset? & how do you manage the way you feel, your mood and your motivation so that you get things done (sometimes regardless of how you feel)?
