Neil Massa
Chief Executive Officer
Neil is a founding Director of SNH and leads research and development within the organisation. He also leads a number of client programmes and new initiatives to develop smarter ways of working across organisations. Neil has over 30 years’ international experience leading teams and driving change and performance improvement. Before starting SNH Neil held senior roles within Dun & Bradstreet & Xerox.
Charles Vaughan
Chief Operations Officer
For over 10 years Charles was a customer of SNH and is now part of the senior leadership team. He leads our project delivery and the development of our new digital and blended service propositions as well as managing many key client relationships and programmes.
Before joining SNH in 2015, Charles gained over 25 years of frontline commercial and leadership experience.
Simon Barrett
Business Development Director
Simon is a seasoned Business Development Director & Productivity Coach for SNH and leads a number of our key client relationships and commercial partnerships.
Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the consulting sector building customer solutions to drive change & improve client performance.
Mike Hughes
Non-Executive Director
Mike joined SNH in January 2021 as a Non-Executive Director and works with and advises the founders and senior Leadership team on both strategy and growth.
Mike has over 30 years’ international business experience leading teams and driving technology enabled change in both large enterprise and high growth companies across multiple sectors.
Andy Bates
Non-Executive Director
Andy joined the SNH leadership team in April 2022 as a Strategy Director - to advise and support the development of our new products and services. This role draws on his experience from performing technical, business development and strategic roles in respected organisations such as Racal, Cable & Wireless, Level3 and Verizon EMEA (where he was CTO).
Gerard Tilley
Client Director
Gerard joined Xerox as a graduate spending the next 10 years in a series of sales & leadership roles and completing their management development programme.
A further 7 years in sales management roles in Cable & Wireless and O2, saw him expanding his technical understanding in the fixed and mobile data network and hosting spaces.
The next 10 years were spent running small businesses on behalf of VC and PE houses.
Sean Clarke

Sean is a Performance Consultant & Presentation Skills Coach with over 20 years’ experience in people development. A qualified Cognitive Therapist, Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and an accredited MBTI, Belbin and DISC coach, he has extensive experience in designing and delivering performance improvement solutions.
Jane Thompson

Jane is an experienced CMI & CIPD qualified professional development and leadership consultant. With over 25 years’ experience working in senior leadership positions at NatWest & JPMorgan she is now a trusted consultant & coach and partners with a variety of private and public sector clients championing their people & development agendas.
Graham Wakeman

Graham is a highly experienced commercial leader, performance consultant, certified coach, speaker, and learning facilitator.
He has over 25 years senior level leadership experience gained from leading Black and Decker in the UK, working in senior Pan European commercial roles and leading ‘Not For Profits’ to significant growth and impact.
Ashley Sellar

Ashley is an experienced commercial leader, having held multiple C-Level positions including CEO and CCO in PE backed and privately held businesses prior to which he held senior positions at Fujitsu, Cable and Wireless and Ericsson where he was a member of the UK Leadership Team. With over 30 years experience in the technology sector, securing and delivering complex multi-million pound contracts in the IT & Telecommunications industry, he thrives on assessing, developing and leading high performance sales and marketing teams to deliver improved business outcomes.
Sara Moreton
Client Consultant
Sara was once an SNH client who has now been working with us as a Consultant for 16 years delivering all aspects of our proposition as well as actively supporting our charity foundation programme. Sara was previously part of the Orange “the future is bright” marketing team and has since launched, developed and sold a number of her own businesses. She has also been a mentor to young entrepreneurs through Prince’s Trust since 2016.

Lisa Victoria was a qualified accountant by trade but for over 7 years she has been a highly experienced and qualified trainer and coach. She has had extensive experience delivering world class training and coaching within many corporate and public sector organisations including DHL & the NHS.
Russell Fisher

Russell is an accomplished facilitator and qualified International Coaching Federation Executive & Organisational Coach. He delivers engagement, development and mentoring programmes that deliver personal and organisational growth. These include Leading Transformation, Leadership, Sales, Mindset, Coaching as a Culture and Personal Effectiveness. As a creative, entrepreneurial leader Russell is motivational and energetic. His programmes create change, transformation and produce high performance with excellent engagement.
Ellie Nightingale
Operations Manager
Ellie joined the SNH team as an administrator and now oversees our Client Programmes and Operations. Ellie is also an outstanding Productivity Coach. Ellie studied Psychology and worked at Toys R Us head office in a purchasing role before joining SNH in 2013.
Ellie has coached numerous SNH clients across a range of sectors to achieve personal & professional goals.
Molly Twomey
Operations Manager
Molly joined the SNH team in the summer of 2024, bringing a wealth of industry experience from her diverse career.
She previously worked as a Business Administrator at Maria Mallaband Care Group and as an Assistant Manager for Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity.
Her passion for the arts and customer excellence has also seen her spend seven years in Front of House roles with Ambassador Theatre Group.
