Unlocking untapped capacity for a fast-growing logistics provider
Ligentia, a global supply chain technology and services solution provider, has experienced rapid growth driven by significant contract wins in recent years and investment from Private Equity firm Equistone.
Equistone, impressed by the success of SNH's project with one of its other portfolio investments, introduced SNH to Ligentia. SNH was engaged to support the senior management team of Ligentia as they drove exponential growth.
The Challenge
When a company is growing fast and expanding into new markets, there is often increased pressure on the senior management team. Ligentia has a global 24/7 operation with complex requirements, so the team needed to find new ways of working that could improve productivity through improved communication, prioritisation and focus on core objectives.
The Solution
SNH implemented the tailored solution for Ligentia's global leadership team, HR team, and other key personnel responsible for strategic projects.
SNH initially gathered insights into Ligentia's aims, challenges, and productivity barriers. We then implemented smarter ways of working using a ‘blended’ solution, which included interactive online workshops, digital tools and resources, ongoing coaching sessions, and support.
The impact of the programme was measured through an online survey of the participants.
The Outcome
Ligentia reported an average increase in personal productivity of 18%, equivalent to an additional 3.6 days per month. This newfound time allowed the senior management team at Ligentia to focus on key projects and effectively balance ‘running’ and ‘growing’ the business
The leadership team also reported improved communications, meeting efficiency, prioritisation, planning, and increased ‘focus’ time.
