Experienced Facilitator & Coach

Position Avaliable: Experienced Facilitator & Coach - Full Time

SNH (Smarter Not Harder) is a leading training consultancy providing learning solutions to organisations across the world.  For two decades we have been driving organisations forward by delivering smarter and more efficient ways of working. We unlock the full potential of individuals and teams to help them create a high performing culture that delivers rapid and sustained increases in performance. And during 2020-2021 we launched a range of solutions to help businesses successfully transition to flexible, hybrid & remote working arrangements; specifically focusing on employee well-being & engagement.

We are really proud to work with world class organisations such as: Salesforce, Samsung, BT, DELL, England RFU, Telefonica O2, Clifford Chance, ICAEW and Sony along with many charities including Mind and Cancer Research UK.

SNH training programmes are practical, engaging & relevant but what sets us apart from most others in our sector is the measurable difference we make to our participants and the organisations they work for. Our #1 goal is to deliver life changing & performance enhancing experiences which have a measurable ROI e.g. SNH Smartworking programmes consistently deliver productivity improvements between 15-25%!

The Pandemic has forced many organisations to work differently & re-examine their working practices which in turn has led to a rapid increase in the demand for our services. To meet this demand we’re excited to be expanding our team and are looking to recruit an experienced Facilitator & Coach to work with our customers to deliver our world class propositions. Of course we are biased but no-one does productivity like we do productivity.

As the successful candidate you will be an exceptional facilitator, trainer & coach with a proven track record of delivering skills training events at all levels within organisations, across a range of subjects & ideally across a range of industry sectors.  You must be competent delivering events both virtually & in-person, and equally comfortable working with groups as you are coaching learners one to one.

You must be passionate about what you do and have a genuine desire to make a difference.

Our success is built on the strength of our relationships internally & externally, so not only must you be a great team player but also ambassador for our brand and someone who can develop strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and future prospects.

In return, aside from offering a highly competitive remuneration package, you will be part of a team that is genuinely at the forefront of the latest in workplace productivity thinking and are re-writing the way work is done in the modern workplace.  The opportunities to grow and develop your career in this talented team are there for the taking.
