Simon Goodison
Chief Commercial Officer
Simon is a founding Director of SNH and leads our client relationships and commercial partnerships. He also leads a number of client programmes developing new ways of working across organisations. Simon has over 30 years’ experience leading teams and driving change & performance improvement. Before starting SNH with Neil Massa he held senior roles within Cable & Wireless and M&S.
Recent examples of his work include:
Leading productivity improvement programmes with Samsung, SKY, BT, Honda, CWT, NTT & Virgin Media.
Developing global sales teams in Sage & Infopro Digital.
Speaking at conferences for clients and industry institutes incl. ICAEW, ITM & UCL.
Neil Massa
Chief Product Officer
Neil is a founding Director of SNH and leads research and development within the organisation. He also leads a number of client programmes and new initiatives to develop smarter ways of working across organisations. Neil has over 30 years’ international experience leading teams and driving change and performance improvement. Before starting SNH Neil held senior roles within Dun & Bradstreet & Xerox.
Neil has broad sector experience both as a leader and consultant. Recent examples of his work include:
Leading productivity improvement programmes within RSM, DHL, Clifford Chance, University of Warwick, NHS & Cancer Research.
Developing smarter ways of working with strategic sales teams in Salesforce, Verizon & O2.
Speaking at client conferences incl. KPMG, DELL, EMIS Health & DVSA.
Supporting, through the SNH foundation, over 240 UK charities to improve their employee productivity and well being.
Charles Vaughan
Chief Operations Officer
For over 10 years Charles was a customer of SNH and is now part of the senior leadership team. He leads our project delivery and the development of our new blended and digital services propositions as well as managing many key client relationships and programmes.
Before joining SNH in 2015, Charles gained over 25 years of frontline commercial and leadership experience from roles with NatWest, RBS & Wolters Kluwer, including Head of L&D, Sales and Commercial Director.

Designing & delivering productivity improvement programmes in numerous UK businesses and charities including Savills, A&L Goodbody & Mace.
Developing a productive high performance sales & leadership culture in fast growing UK business including Daisy Group and Infopro Digital.

Mike Hughes
Non-Executive Director
Mike joined SNH in January 2021 and works with and advises the founders and senior Leadership team on both strategy and growth.
Mike has over 30 years’ international business experience leading teams and driving technology enabled change in both large enterprise and high growth companies across multiple sectors including:
Sky, Orange (EE/ BT), JT Group, 24/7.ai, World Remit, Gym Group, HSBC & Dods.
Andy Bates
Strategic Director
Andy joined the SNH leadership team in April 2022 as a Strategy Director - to advise and support the development of our new products and services. This role draws on his experience from performing technical, business development and strategic roles in respected organisations such as Racal, Cable & Wireless, Level3 and Verizon EMEA (where he was CTO). Andy’s most recent role was Chief Development and strategic partnership officer of the Global Cyber Alliance (GCA).
Combining his expertise in business development & technology, Andy will provide thought leadership to the board so that the positioning, design and performance of new products and services meets the exacting standards expected by SNH clients.
Andy is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has presented at multiple conferences across the globe. He is married, lives in Hampshire, UK and is a passionate sailor and skier, whilst also being chairman of a charity in his local community.
Simon Barrett
Business Development Director
Simon is a Business Development Director & Productivity Coach for SNH and leads a number of our key client relationships and commercial partnerships. Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the consulting sector building customer solutions to drive change & improve client performance.

Sean Clarke
Productivity Consultant & Coach
Sean is a Performance Consultant & Presentation Skills Coach with over 20 years’ experience in people development. A qualified Cognitive Therapist, Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming and an accredited MBTI, Belbin and DISC coach, he has designed and delivered performance improvement solutions for organisations.

Josh Goodison
Consultant
Josh joined SNH in 2018 as a Consultant and quickly built upon the skills he acquired in his Business degree to become the world’s youngest Productivity Coach & Consultant. He has since taken on wider responsibility for a number of key accounts and the SNH Foundation programme.

Sara Moreton
Productivity Consultant & Coach
Sara was once an SNH client who has now been working with us as a Consultant for 16 years delivering all aspects of our proposition as well as actively supporting our charity foundation programme. Sara was previously part of the Orange “the future is bright” marketing team and has since launched, developed and sold a number of her own businesses. She has also been a mentor to young entrepreneurs through Prince’s Trust since 2016.
Recent examples of Sara’s work include:

Lisa Victoria
Productivity Consultant & Coach
Lisa Victoria was a qualified accountant by trade but for over 7 years she has been a highly experienced and qualified trainer and coach. She has had extensive experience delivering world class training and coaching within many corporate and public sector organisations including DHL & the NHS.
She is passionate about helping people to thrive and live their healthiest, happiest life and has also become a certified Holistic Health Coach helping individuals to transform and grow. In her spare time she also co-hosts an Alternative Health Tools podcast with a growing loyal global audience. Her principles, experience and outlook dovetails perfectly with SNH, where she uses her unique insights to help our clients ‘save time, achieve more and live better’.
Ellie Nightingale
Operations Manager & Coach
Ellie joined the SNH team as an administrator and now oversees our Client Programmes and Operations. Ellie is also an outstanding Productivity Coach. Ellie studied Psychology and worked at Toys R Us head office in a purchasing role before joining SNH in 2013.
Ellie has coached numerous SNH clients across a range of sectors to achieve personal & professional goals.
Alexandra Tattersfield
Training Operations Officer
Alex joined the team in Autumn 2021 and works alongside Ellie in managing programmes and events for our customers. Having worked for over ten years as an Executive PA, she wanted to bring a touch of that bespoke service to more people. She is passionate about finding new ways to gain efficiency and streamline processes so that our customers really benefit from a smooth learning journey and can make the very most from our programmes. Having spent her earlier career working around the clock, she is obsessive about the importance of a good work/life balance and will tell anyone who will listen about working smarter…not harder!
Louise Rawlings
Finance Manager
Louise manages our finance/accounts and HR. She has a wealth of experience having started her first business over 25 years ago, specialising in software skills programmes.
